Please take advantage of the early registration fee by registering online before 15 September 2012 and save on registration fees. The registration fee includes scientific sessions, lunches, the welcome function and final programme.

Please note that late registrations can only be accepted at the congress office up to Monday 29 October 2012.

CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION TO THE CONFERENCE
No telephonic cancellations will be accepted.
Any cancellation received by the Secretariat before 15 September 2012 will be subject to the following refund policy:
- 75% of the amount paid if written cancellation is received prior to 15 September 2012
- No refund if written cancellation is received after 15 September 2012
