Call for Abstracts

In order to submit an abstract for review, you need to first create an account and then log in. Please follow the links below to proceed, but make sure to read the guidelines for abstract submission:

Guidelines for Authors

• Abstracts may be submitted electronically only via the conference website
• Abstracts sent by mail, direct e-mail, or fax cannot be accepted
• The abstracts must be submitted in English
• All abstracts will be reviewed and may be selected for oral or poster presentation
• The time allotted for each oral presentation will depend on the session to which the abstract is allocated
• English will be the language for all oral and poster presentations
• Notification of acceptance by the Local Scientific Committee will be mailed to the author
• Failure to register by the presenting author will automatically imply that the abstract will neither be included in the Final Program nor be printed in the abstract book

 Submission procedure

1. Create an account for abstract submission via the conference website
2. Log in by following the Log In link on the conference website
3. Follow the Abstract Submission link in the top right hand corner of the conference website
4. Select Add Abstract from the drop-down on the right hand side of the menu
   
5. Enter the details as required and remember to save

Guidelines for Reviewers

• Reviewer privileges will be assigned to you after registering on the conference website
  
• Log in by following the Log In link on the conference website
• A Review List will appear in the left hand column of the website after logging in
• Click on a specific abstract to review
• You can then change the state of the submission to one of Accept, Send Back or Reject by clicking on the state drop down above the abstract
  
• If you decide to Send Back for amendments, remember to add comments for the author by selecting Add Comment beneath the abstract body
• Notification messages will automatically be sent to authors
