• Please visit www.spier.co.za and click on reservations. Enter your preferred staying dates (28 August – 1 September 2010), number of guests and number of rooms. Then enter the event reference number 310810IFIC2 and click on next.

1. All rates quoted include VAT at the prevailing rate of 14% but exclude government room levy.
2. Accommodation will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.
3. A deposit covering one nights’ accommodation (on an individual basis) is required to secure your reservation at all hotels/guest houses.
4. The accommodation reservation form must be returned as soon as possible (before 28 JUNE 2010 at the latest!) to the hotel of your choice.  After this date, all block reservations will be released.
5. Should you book accommodation telephonically, please remember to mention that you are booking for the Joint IFIC / IPCAN 2010 Congress.  Should you fail to do this, the hotel might inform you that they are fully booked.
6. The hotel will confirm your accommodation reservation directly with you.
7. Please familiarise yourself with the accommodation cancellation policy as stipulated by the hotel.
8. Transfers to and from the airport can be organised directly with the travel agent on 021 -975 5081.  Contact person:  Ian Conradie.  Please advise on your arrival and departure dates and time. You can also book your shuttle with your hotel of choice.
